Natalie+Greg. Los Cabos, Mexico

Two of the coolest things about what I am blessed to do for a living:

1. Meeting the most amazing people. It was last September when I picked up the phone to chat with a lovely inquiring bride from Canada. Within the first 5 minutes of talking to Natalie, I knew I had a made a new friend. We had a dozen things in common and probably could have sat on the phone all day if we didn’t have jobs to tend to. The fact that Natalie and Greg trusted us with capturing their wedding day in our own vision and style meant the world to us. Knowing that I have made friends for life, means even more.

2. It also meant the world to us that they asked us to join them and their closest friends and family members down in Mexico for this beautiful celebration! I couldn’t have dreamt up a more perfect backdrop for Natalie and Greg to tie the knot and it was so much fun
getting away from Los Angeles for a few days to enjoy a tropical paradise.

If I could, I would share everything single image from this wedding with you, it was a beautiful beautiful day. Enjoy Natalie and Gregs wedding!

My favorite moment of the day. Natalie and Greg surprised their guests with sky lanterns that they each got to light and set off into the night sky. We all gathered down at the ocean as the reception came to an end and watched them drift away and mingle with the stars. It was so magical seeing these lanterns floating away in the sky. =)

Something I love to do when we are asked to photograph a destination wedding is spend some time with the couple out and about in the area they are getting married. Whether its before the wedding or the day after. Natalie and Greg opted for the day after session in The Art District of Los Cabos. I feel like this session, being immersed in the city of where they were married, completed the story of their wedding.
